Based on the current bibliography, the combination of vitamin D3 with vitamin K2 provides a beneficial physiological action in the maintenance of normal bones, especially in conditions of osteoporosis.

Vitamin K2 has also been added because it enhances the maintenance of normal bones.

It contains also magnesium (as amino acid chelate), an ingredient which is found mainly in the bones and contributes to calcium metabolism and synthesis of vitamin D and generally contributes to bone formation.

Complete D3, 2 and Cofactors contains vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), vitamin K2 (menaquinone) and magnesium (as bisglycinate), ingredients with a nutritional and physiological role in supporting the body in various conditions including osteoporosis and osteoarthritis.
Based on the current bibliography, the combination of vitamin D3 with vitamin K2 provides a beneficial physiological action in the maintenance of normal bones, especially in conditions of osteoporosis. Vitamin D3 contributes to normal blood calcium levels, increasing the absorption of calcium from the intestine and reducing its renal excretion, thus vitamin D3 contributes to the maintenance of bone mass and to homeostasis of calcium-phosphorus.
Vitamin K2 has also been added to the product because this vitamin plays an important role in the maintenance of normal bones. In addition to the above ingredients, the product contains magnesium (as amino acid chelate), an ingredient which is found mainly in the bones and contributes to calcium metabolism and synthesis of vitamin D and generally contributes to the bone formation.
According to European Regulation 432/2012 it contains:
