Our cheddar cheese powder is made by taking the moisture out of regular cheese and colored using natural paprika and annatto.
Three pounds of cheese makes two pounds of powder, producing a velvety smooth, rich flavor.
Place on anything to make it taste cheesier! Try it on popcorn, broccoli, casseroles, and homemade mac and cheese. Mix cheddar cheese powder with butter or sour cream to create cheese sauces.
Store in a cool, dry place. We do not recommend refrigeration or freezing of the powder.
