Best raw material – CarnoSyn – the patented ingredient beta-alanine is converted and broken down into carnosine in the human body in the muscles. The carnosine is needed in the muscles as an acid buffer by which the pH value in the muscles should be kept stable.
High purity our beta alanine powder is tasteless. Free from impurities, unwanted additives and artificial flavours. Thanks to the high solubility, the fine powder can be perfectly stirred.
Recommended use: we recommend stirring 4 g powder (1 measuring spoon) in 250 ml of cold water before training. Alternatively, you can also mix the powder into juices, smoothies or shakes. On non-training days, the dietary supplement can be taken before a meal.
