COMFORT: Reversible left and right orientation. Front length adjuster with clip closure (makes it easy to install with one hand), special carabiner allows you to adjust the strap length. Does not cut into the skin around the neck due to the movable padded neckpiece, has a thumb loop that supports hand and arm in good alignment and helps keep the sling in place.
