High-dose silicone: 858 mg bamboo extract with 604 mg silicon dioxide, or 300 mg silicon per daily dose of 2 capsules. 120 vegan silica capsules.

Millet extract: 180 mg millet seed extract per daily dose.

The silicone trace element is unfortunately only found in very few foods in the organically bound form that is easy to use. Therefore, we provide highly usable organic silicon from natural bamboo extract in capsule form.

Honest silicone information: silicon is found in the bamboo extract in the form of silicon dioxide. Only approx. 75% of the bamboo extract is silicon dioxide and of which approx. 45% in turn silicon. For example, our product contains 858 mg bamboo extract, which contains approx. 640 mg silicon dioxide and of which 300 mg is silicon. Other manufacturers indicate the silicon dioxide content as if it were the silicon content. As a guideline: in 500 mg bamboo extract, it can withstand a maximum of approx. 175 mg of silicon.

High bioavailability: the zinc is contained in the form of zinc bisglycinate, a molecule with particularly high bioavailability. The copper as copper bisglycinate, selenium is contained as sodium selenite, biotin as D-biotin and silicon as organically bound silicon dioxide from bamboo shoots, all molecules with high bioavailability.

Copper, selenium, zinc and folic acid: daily serving covers 100% of the recommended daily requirement of copper, selenium, zinc and folic acid.
