Rosemary is a sweet-smelling evergreen herb from the mint family. There are different interpretations of the origin of the name. One of them is that the name comes from two Latin terms “ros” and “marinus”, which means “dew of the sea” due to its salty texture and ability to thrive in coastal climate.

Also suitable for tea: the dried rosemary is often used for the preparation of tea. Pour two teaspoons per cup (250 ml) with boiling water and approx. Leave to steep for 10 minutes.
