– Exchanges/returns are not possible due to change of mind (schedule disruption), taste (individual differences), product dents, or damage to the outer packaging, such as the label box – Bulk orders are shipped separately and arrival dates may vary. – When exchanging/returning, a round-trip shipping fee of 6,000 won per bundle (1 invoice) will be incurred. – In case of incorrect delivery, missing quantity, or damage that leaks contents, please take a photo and contact us, and we will process an exchange/refund after confirmation. – If photos cannot be confirmed, if the product has been used after opening, or if 7 days have passed since receipt, exchange/return is absolutely not possible.
