Description
DIGITAL RUBBER HARDNESS TESTER — suitable for testing the hardness of general rubber, synthetic rubber, soft rubber, multi-element grease, leather, wax, and testing low, medium and high hardness materials.
MEASUREMENT ACCURACY AND RANGE — scale value 0-100 degrees; pressure needle stroke 0-2.5mm; pressure needle end pressure 0.55N-8.06N (LR44 button battery power supply, but not included in the product).
HOW TO USE — The indenter is at least 12mm away from the edge of the sample. Press the indenter firmly on the sample and press the indenter vertically into the sample until the indenter is in full contact with the sample and read within 1S.
USE VERIFICATION — Before use, check that the pointer of the hardness tester should display zero in the free state (if it is not displayed as zero, use the clear key ZERO to clear it). When pressing the hardness tester on the glass plate, it should display 100 degrees (the end face of the pressing needle and the bottom face of the pressing foot are in close contact with the glass plate).
CAUTION FOR USE — When the indicated value of Type A hardness tester is lower than 10 degrees, it is inaccurate, and the measurement result cannot be used. After the hardness tester is used, it should be wiped clean and put in the instrument box and placed in a dry place to prevent moisture.
